Stuff You Gotta Know

  • Once you place your order, you’ll get a “we got your order!” email to confirm all the details.
  • Delivery countdown starts the day after you place your order — it should not take longer than a week.
  • Buying a Gift Card? It doesn’t count towards free shipping promos (sorry, legends).
  • We can’t ship to military addresses in EU countries — for now, at least.
  • If something goes wrong (like no delivery after the promised time, or your package looks like it went through a tornado), please contact us.

If your items are still looking fresh (original condition), you’ve got 30 days to send them back to us.

What Can You Return?

  • You’ve got 30 days from when your BUNDA order was delivered to return anything you’re not vibing with.

Important Exceptions:

  • Underwear and swimwear: no returns (hygiene first, fam).
  • Socks: only if they’re sealed.
  • Bottles: non-returnable (hygiene again).

To Get Your Refund

Make sure your items are unworn, unused, unwashed and look as good as when you first fell in love with them.

If you send them back looking like they partied too hard, we can’t process the refund — sorry legend.

All returns go through a little inspection party when they arrive.

Refund Timeline ⏳

  • Depends on your courier’s speed getting it back to us.
  • After we get your stuff, give us up to 7 days to process your refund.
  • Once processed, it could take another 5 days to hit your bank account.

Heads up: Refunds always go back to your original payment method.

Used a gift card? The refund goes there first.

Important To Know

  • Keep your return postage receipt (in case we need to play detective).
  • No combining returns — send each order separately to avoid refund chaos.
  • Exchanges not available (yet).
