Delivery times are live magic — based on the moment you place your order — but they might dance around a bit.

Already ordered? Check your shipping confirmation email for the exact timing and your tracking link to stalk your package. 📦👀

Stuff you gotta know:

  • You’ll get a “we got your order!” email first, and later a second “it’s on its way!” email with your tracking info.
  • Delivery countdown starts the day after you place your order (unless we say otherwise).
  • Buying a Gift Card? It doesn’t count towards free shipping promos (sorry, legends).
  • We can’t ship to military addresses in EU countries — for now, at least.
  • If something goes wrong (like no delivery after the promised time, or your package looks like it went through a tornado), hit us up within 7 days of getting it.

If you snagged your item(s) from bundaworld.com or our official BUNDA App, and they’re still looking fresh (original condition), you’ve got 30 days to send them back to us.

What can you return?

  • You’ve got 30 days from when your BUNDA order was delivered (or bought in-store) to return anything you’re not vibing with.

    Important Exceptions:

    • Underwear & swimwear: No returns (hygiene first, fam).
    • Socks: Only if they’re sealed, no funny business.
    • Bottles: Non-returnable (hygiene again).
    • Personalised stuff: Once it’s yours, it’s yours forever.
    • In the US and Canada, if you bagged an item with a 60% or more discount, it’s marked Final Sale — no returns, no exchanges, no store credits.

(But don’t worry, this doesn’t mess with your legal rights.

To get your refund 💸:

Make sure your items are unworn, unused, unwashed and look as good as when you first fell in love with them.
If you send them back looking like they partied too hard, we can’t process the refund, sorry legend.

All returns go through a little inspection party when they arrive.

Refund Timeline ⏳

  • Depends on your courier’s speed getting it back to our HQ.
  • After we get your stuff, give us up to 7 days to process your refund.
  • Once processed, it could take another 5 days to hit your account.
  • Returning via a Happy Returns Bar (US) or our BUNDA Store? Your refund happens on the spot. 💥

Heads up: Refunds always go back to your original payment method.
Used a gift card? The refund goes there first.

Important to know:

  • Keep your return postage receipt (in case we need to play detective).
  • No combining returns — send each order separately to avoid refund chaos.

About Exchanges 🔄

We do exchanges in these places:
Australia & New Zealand, Canada, Denmark, Europe, France, Finland, Germany & Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, US, UK.

In Norway, Switzerland and Rest of World stores — exchanges not available yet.

Exchange Rules:

  • Only size swaps, not different products.
  • We can’t pre-reserve your swap item — it gets shipped once we get your return back.

If we can’t process your exchange, don’t worry — you’ll automatically get a refund.

Pop-Ups & Events 🛍️

  • Most pop-up shops and events follow the same returns policy.
  • Some stores might have their own rules — check your receipt or in-store signs.
  • If eligible, online returns need you to show an e-receipt.

Cash purchases? Only refunded as store credit (e-gift card).
Card purchases? Refunded back to your original card with proof.
